Specific Instructions

• Make sure unit is properly leveled.
• Raise rear of griddle plate 1/8 to 1/4 inch, so as to allow for the heat to rise out the back.
• If necessary, on units without adjustable legs, to achieve legs, to achieve proper incline, place a couple of flat washers at the rear corners of griddle plate, where it contacts the body of the cooking equipment.
• Re-check for level, making sure plate has slight rear rise.
